Easter is fast approaching, and we’ve put a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free twist on Hot Cross Buns!
We know people like options – so we’ve created both a raisin and a chocolate variety. Made with the goodness of buckwheat flour, these delicious hot cross buns do take a little extra time to make – but we’ve made it as easy as possible. So much so, you only have to add egg, water (and a little Orange Juice if you like!), apple cider vinegar and ghee or coconut oil! The rest is up to leaving it to rise!
We’ve also added a little extra buckwheat for you to mix with water to make your own cross.
