Organic Stevia Leaf Powder
Stevia leaf is a herb that is used as a sweetener. It is much sweeter than sugar or honey, so only a tiny amount of this organic powder is required.
A great sugar alternative for baking but taste before adding too much as just a ½ teaspoon of stevia is a substitute for 1 cup of sugar. To use powdered stevia in tea or coffee, it is best to make a syrup by dissolving ½ teaspoon of stevia in 200 mL water and gently heating, stirring regularly.
Let cool, before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Store in an airtight container.
