An essential to keto baking, our Organic Ground Linseed is also a wonderful egg replacement when made into a flax egg. Simply mix 2 tablespoons of water with 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed per egg needed, and you have an easy egg replacement which can be used in many recipes! Please note this is brown linseed, not golden.
