Cacao nibs are the raw material used to make both cocoa powder and dark chocolate. made from certified organic cacao beans, fermented, sundried and roasted at temperatures below 47°C and without chemicals, then crushed into small bits. The result is pure chocolatey goodness in its most natural form, without sugar or other additives. They’re packed with nutrients – including iron, magnesium and flavonoid antioxidants.
