Easter is fast approaching, and we’ve put a gluten, dairy and refined sugar free twist on Hot Cross Buns!
We know people like options – so we’ve created both a chocolate and a raisin variety. Made with the goodness of buckwheat flour, these delicious hot cross buns do take a little extra time to make – but we’ve made it as easy as possible. So much so, you only have to add egg, water (or almond milk), apple cider vinegar and ghee or coconut oil! The rest is up to leaving it to rise!
We’ve also added a little extra buckwheat for you to mix with water to make your own cross.
