It can be used 1:1 to replace white or raw sugar, honey & other liquid sweeteners, in savoury recipes, baked goods and puddings.
Great in marinades & dipping sauces, hotpots & curries, or home-made baked beans. Adds lovely flavour to preserves including chutney & pickles, or fruit mince, marmalade & jams. Try it in a dark blackberry or raspberry jam.
