Nourish & Thrive's own house made, deluxe chocolate cake and muffin mix is a decadent mix, easily assembled and baked at home, for a fresh and perfect cake every time! Our deluxe mix is made with the goodness of Organic Sunflower Seed Flour, plus Organic Coconut Flour and Organic Coconut Sugar - making them naturally gluten, nut, dairy and refined sugar free. Simply add eggs, Pure Maple Syrup, oil and water - then bake.
To make Vegan - replace the eggs with 3 flax eggs! Place 3 Tablespoons Ground Linseed in 1/2 cup of water and allow to sit for 15 minutes before using.
