GLUTEN FREE PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX VANILLA & ALMOND
The perfect addition to weekend family pancakes! It is naturally Gluten free and paleo, nutritious and delicious!
To make these scrumptious pancakes or waffles, you will need 2 eggs (or a flax egg; 2tbsp of ground linseed with 6 tbsp water mixed together and left to sit for 5 mins), ½ cup of your choice of milk and 140g (1 cup) of pancake mix. Whisk together and let sit for 5 mins. Gently whisk again, adding another tablespoon of water or milk if too thick. Once hot, pour batter on griddle using
2 Tbsp per pancake. Cook until edges are firm, flip, repeat and eat! Or cook in a waffle pan until slightly crispy on the outside.
