Ready to use yeast perfect for breadmaking or home made ginger beer making. Simply use as per your recipe's instructions (usually 5-10g for an average-sized loaf of bread).
If you are not going to be using your yeast immediately, it is recommended to store yeast in the fridge or freezer for longevity. Naturally free of gluten.
