Jerk Seasoning
A classic hot and spicy Caribbean blend used for rubs, marinades and seasoning. Perfect for chicken, ribs, pork, tofu or seafood. Traditionally used as a rub on chicken, then slow cooked over a fire or grill for the classic smoky taste- though over the barbeque would work well also.
Try sprinkling over potatoes before roasting. Stir into scrambled eggs. Mix it with your guacamole for an exotic dip. Stir into mayonnaise or use as a dressing for coleslaw or as a marinade.
