Whether that's a lemon cake by replacing part of the liquid component with lemon juice, or simply stirring your favourite low carb berries through to make a berry muffin - this cake is as versatile as it is delicious. Our deluxe keto mix is made with the goodness of Blanched Almond Meal, plus Organic Coconut Flour and Erythritol - making them gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. Simply add eggs, coconut cream, and butter or coconut oil - then bake. It's a deliciously moist cake that will leave you wanting more!

Baking suggestion: Lemon Cake - Replace 1/4 cup of Coconut Cream with Lemon Juice, plus add the lemon rind! Vanilla and Blueberry Muffins - Add 1/2 fresh Blueberries and 2 teaspoons Vanilla Essence. Chocolate Chip Cake or Muffins - Add 1/3 cup of 80% Chocolate chips!
