Lecithin Granules
Lecithin can be used in breakfast dishes.
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons to smoothies or sprinkle over natural yoghurt, fruit salad, muesli, porridge and acai bowls.
Add to soups and savoury dishes, just before serving.
