Macaroni Pasta
To cook macaroni and prevent it from sticking you need a large pot. Use 1L
of water per 100g macaroni. Salt is added to the boiling water. Gently stir the macaroni immediately after adding to water. Cook until its tender but slightly firm to the bite.
Elbow macaroni is a great pasta to keep in your pantry. Once cooked you can use it to make macaroni and cheese, pasta salads or casseroles.
