Organic Adzuki Beans
How to cook:
Simply soak the dry black bean overnight and drain, just liked your canned beans, at a fraction of the price! The long-soak method and gentle simmering techniques retain more nutrients and flavour than faster, high-temperature soaking and cooking methods.
Cover the soaked beans with an inch of water. Bring them to a boil over medium-high heat. Check the beans after an hour and then begin checking to see if they are cooked.
