Organic Baking Soda
To mix your own 'baking powder': combine ½ tsp. of Cream of Tartar with ¼ tsp. of Baking Soda (2:1), and (optional) ¼ tsp. of corn starch.
This is equivalent to 1 tsp. of Baking Powder in recipes; and can be added to 110g of Plain flour
to make Self Raising flour. As Baking Soda starts to react in recipes as soon as moisture is added, be sure to cook batter immediately.
