Orzo Pasta
Quick-cooking orzo is a must-have staple for busy families. This versatile pasta can be used for many different recipes. Also known as Risoni, this rice shaped pasta is perfect in soups and salads. To cook, place your desired amount of orzo in a pan and cover with boiling water and a pinch of salt. Stir it occasionally to prevent sticking. Cook for 9-10 mins or until al dente.
Try in a roast vegetable salad with vinaigrette, or try adding some to your next vegetable soup as a filling addition.
