Organic Tapioca Starch
Tapioca flour, sometimes known as Tapioca starch is made from the dried roots of the cassava plant. It is a starchy, fluffy and slightly sweet flour that is especially good for thickening soups, sauces and gluten free baking.
As with most gluten-free flours, it is typically best when used combined with other gluten-free flours such as almond flour, or buckwheat.
We pack a wide range of natural food products in our packing room including nuts, seeds, spices and coconut products. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross-contamination, this can sometimes occur. Some of our products are processed on shared equipment before they come to us therefore cross contamination can also happen before products make their way to us.
