Xanthan Gum
Xanthan Gum is a corn based thickener and binder that's essential for gluten friendly baking.
Start with 1/4- 1/2 teaspoon of xanthan gum for every 1 cup of flour in a recipe.
If you are baking something that needs a bit more structure you can use a little more, but be careful as too much can making your baking sticky.
Use Xanthan gum in your favourite Gluten friendly recipes such as Bread, Pizza dough, cakes, muffins and doughnuts.
