Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days at hello@nourishandthrive.co.nz. Provide the following images to assist with our investigation:

Photos of the damaged items
Photos of the packaging material used
Photos of the inner and outer packaging
Photos of all barcode labels on the parcel

If a refund or replacement is approved, we will process it within 7 business day
