This Almost Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix makes it easy to create delicious homemade cookies with minimal effort and maximum flavour. Made with organic sunflower seed and coconut flours, sweetened with organic coconut sugar, and packed with Solomon’s Gold dark chocolate chips, these cookies are a wholesome treat the whole family can enjoy. With a soft, chewy centre and golden crisp edges, they’re a quick and nourishing option for any occasion.

What You'll Need:

• ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 tbsp water
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Makes:

12 cookies

How to Make:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Place dry mix into a bowl and add melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla (if using). Stir until well combined.
3. Take 1 tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball, press flat, and place onto tray. Repeat until you have 12 cookies.
4. Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
