• ½ cup oil, melted (coconut oil recommended)
• ½ cup boiling water
• 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Optional Butterscotch Sauce:

• 25g butter
• 100ml coconut cream or dairy cream
• 1 tsp natural vanilla extract

Blanched Almond Meal, Dates, Tapioca Flour, Organic Coconut Sugar, Organic Coconut Flour, Baking Powder (Maize Starch, Cream of Tartar, Sodium Bicarbonate), Aluminium-Free Baking Soda.
