Guar Gum
A natural thickener and stabiliser derived from the guar bean—ideal for improving texture in baking and cooking.
Guar Gum is a plant-based powder used to enhance consistency in a wide range of recipes. Common in gluten-free and vegan cooking, it provides structure, elasticity, and moisture retention—especially in breads, cakes, soups, and sauces. Its neutral taste and high fibre content make it a pantry staple in wholefood kitchens.
