Our Keto Bread Roll & Pizza Base Mix makes meal prep easy and nourishing—use it to create 12 soft bread rolls or 4 generous pizza bases. Made with almond meal, organic psyllium husk, and coconut flour, this gluten-free and grain-free blend is high in fibre and low in carbs. What You'll Need (per 200g of mix)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¾ cup boiling water
- 2 eggs, whisked (or 2 flax eggs)

How to Make Pizza Bases
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper.
- Measure 200g (or 1¼ cups) of dry mix into a bowl.
- Whisk eggs in a separate glass jug. Combine with boiling water and apple cider vinegar, whisking for 30 seconds to form a frothy liquid.
- Pour wet ingredients into the dry and stir vigorously to form a thick dough.
- Divide mixture in half and roll into balls. Flatten into pizza bases about 0.5cm thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool slightly before adding toppings.
- Add toppings and return to oven for a further 5 minutes or until melted and bubbly.
How to Make Bread Rolls
- Follow steps 1–4 from the pizza base method above.
- Divide dough into 12 even portions and shape into round rolls.
- Bake at 180°C for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and hollow-sounding when tapped.
- Cool before slicing. Rolls can be frozen for up to 3 months.
How to Make a Flax Egg
Mix 1 tbsp ground flaxseed with 2.5 tbsp water. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
