Our Paleo Loaf Mix bakes into a hearty, golden loaf with a satisfying texture and rich, nutty flavour. Designed as a nourishing alternative to traditional bread, it's perfect for slicing, toasting, or enjoying straight from the oven. Ideal for paleo, gluten-free, and low-carb lifestyles.
What You’ll Need
- ⅓ cup warm water
- ½ tsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 eggs
- 1½ tbsp melted coconut oil
- 1½ tsp apple cider vinegar
Makes
1 loaf (approx. 17 slices)
How to Make
- In a large bowl, combine warm water and honey or maple syrup. Stir in ½ the yeast sachet and allow to bloom for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add 170g dry mix, eggs, melted coconut oil, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until fully combined.
- Pour into a greased loaf tin and leave to rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Bake for 50–60 minutes, until deep golden.
- Allow to cool completely before slicing.
