Poppy Seeds
Poppy Seeds are often added to baked goods or sprinkle on top of loaves and rolls before cooking. Use them in bread, bagels, muffins, biscuit and cake recipes - including lemon poppy seed cake. Add poppy seeds to smoothie bowls, raw energy balls and chia puddings or nut-cheese cakes.
Include some in veggie burgers or stuffings. Poppy seeds are a great garnish and give texture and flavour to salads and hot savoury dishes.
