Whether you’re creating a charcuterie board or just need a satisfying afternoon snack, our Keto Cracker Mix is the perfect make-at-home option. Made from nutrient-rich sunflower seed flour, aromatic herbs, and a sachet of chia seeds for crunch and structure, these crackers are simple, wholesome, and easy to bake at home. Just add water and oil, roll out, and bake!
What You'll Need:
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Makes:
15 serves of approximately 4 crackers (230g pack)
How to Make:
- Preheat oven to 160°C fan bake. Line a baking tray and prepare 2 extra sheets of baking paper.
- Place chia seeds in a bowl with water. Set aside for 10 minutes.
- Combine dry mix and olive oil in a medium bowl.
- Add soaked chia mixture and mix to form a dough.
- Divide dough in half. Roll each half between two sheets of baking paper until very thin.
- Remove top sheet and cut each sheet into approx. 30 crackers without separating them.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes. Remove golden pieces as they bake; some may take 25–30 minutes.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
