What You'll Need
Standard: 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted), 3 tbsp pure maple syrup, 5 tbsp water
Keto Option: 3 tbsp Nourish & Thrive Erythritol, 5 tbsp coconut oil (melted), 5–6 tbsp water
How to Make
- Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Measure 330g of dry mix into a bowl and add the other ingredients.
- Stir well until a thick dough forms. Use wet hands to roll 1 tbsp portions into balls and place on the tray.
- Gently flatten each with the back of a fork.
- Bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes on the tray before moving.
