Our Keto Bread Loaf Mix is naturally gluten free and made from wholesome nuts and seeds, delivering a soft yet sturdy loaf that slices beautifully and toasts to perfection. It’s ideal for those following a ketogenic or low-carb lifestyle.
This mix is yeast-raised, creating a deliciously authentic bread flavour without the need for a breadmaker or kneading. Simply add a few pantry staples, mix, bake, and enjoy!
Each 320g pack makes one standard loaf using a 23x13cm loaf tin. If you're using our 640g double pack, you’ll get two full-sized loaves — perfect for freezing one for later or baking fresh for the family.
You’ll Need (per 320g mix)
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tsp honey*
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup oil (e.g. melted coconut oil or olive oil)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
*Honey is essential for activating the yeast and leaves no residual carbohydrates in the final loaf.
To Prepare
- Preheat oven to 170°C. Grease or line a regular loaf tin (23x13cm).
- In a large bowl, combine warm water and honey. Sprinkle over the yeast sachet and allow to bloom for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add the dry mix, followed by eggs, oil, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until fully combined.
- Transfer batter to your loaf tin and smooth the top. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until deep golden brown.
- Cool completely before slicing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for later use.

Blanched Almond Meal, Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, Ground Flaxseed, Psyllium Husk, Sesame Seeds, Coconut Flour, Sea Salt, Guar Gum, Raising Agent (Sodium Bicarbonate).
