Golden linseeds are fibre-rich seeds with a mild, nutty taste — a versatile addition to baking, breakfasts, and wholefood cooking.
Also known as golden flaxseed, these whole linseeds are naturally rich in plant-based omega-3 fatty acids (ALA), dietary fibre, and protein. While they can be sprinkled whole, their nutritional benefits are best unlocked when ground or soaked. Add to baking, stir into oats, or blend into smoothies to support a wholefood diet and digestive regularity.
100% Whole Linseeds (Golden Flaxseed)
We pack a wide range of natural food products in our designated packing room including nuts and sesame
Whilst we pack no gluten, milk and soy on site, some of our products are packed on shared equipment before they come to us. This means they may contain trace amounts of gluten, dairy, soy or peanuts.
While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross-contamination, this can sometimes occur before products make their way to us and therefore any of our products may contain trace amounts of nuts and gluten.
