Organic Dandelion Leaf
Dandelion can be brewed in a teapot, saucepan or infuser. Use 1 teaspoon of dandelion per cup (plus 1 for the pot!). Pour in freshly boiled water. Steep for 5-8 mins.
Milk of choice and/or sweetener may be added. Alternatively, Dandelion can be added directly to a saucepan of gently warmed milk (diluted 50-50 with water if desired). Add honey and heat gently on a very low temperature for 5-8 mins depending on desired strength. Strain and serve. This natural beverage can also be served chilled with plenty of ice.
