Fusilli is a great alternative if you are avoiding gluten. It is also high in protein so adds more to a meal than a conventional pasta.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil with a pinch of salt if desired. Cook for approximately 5-6 minutes or until al dente.
Drain, then dress simply with a splash of extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper or include as part of your favourite pasta dish.
