Organic White Rice Flour
This all-purpose flour can be used to ‘dust', thicken, bind, or in baked goods and traditional rice noodles and pasta.
Make lovely pancake batter, pizza dough or use in pastry for pie crusts.
Combine with lighter flours, like coconut or quinoa, for baking - works well with nut meal &/or eggs. Batter and dough with rice flour also benefits from ½ an hour in the fridge.
