This Almost Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix makes it easy to create delicious homemade cookies with minimal effort and maximum flavour. Made with organic sunflower seed and coconut flours, sweetened with organic coconut sugar, and packed with premium Solomon’s Gold dairy-free dark chocolate chips, these cookies are a nutritious treat the whole family can enjoy. Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free, they’re a crowd favourite with a soft, chewy centre and golden crisp edges.

2 tbsp water
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

How to Make
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Place dry mix into a bowl and add melted coconut oil, water, and vanilla (if using). Stir until well combined.
Take 1 tbsp of mixture, roll into a ball, press flat, and place onto tray. Repeat until you have 12 cookies.
Bake for 8–10 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
