NZ Wheat Grain
New Zealand Whole Wheat grain can be sprouted, made into fiour. or cooked in sweet or savoury recipes.
Add wheat directly to olenty of stock or broth and simmer for about 3 hours, or until tender.
Wheat can be pre-soaked for several hours to reduce cooking time.
Pre-cooked wheat can be refrigerated in an air tight container for up to 3 days and used in salads, hotpots or puddings.
