Wheat grass is made from the leaves of fresh sprouted wheat, whilst it is still in the grass stage and before the grains grow or the gluten forms.
Add to smoothies or fresh juice.
Get creative with a wheat grass & matcha latte by adding both to heated milk, add sweetener of choice.
Make bright green salad dressing by mixing wheat grass with yoghurt, or blend with avocado, lemon juice, garlic, coriander & olive oil.
