NZ Brown Linseed
It is best to grind or 'crack' linseeds before using, or chew them very well; otherwise they can pass through the body undigested.
Use a rolling pin, mortar & pestle or blender. Grind with almonds and sunflower seeds to make fresh LSA.
Add whole or 'cracked' linseeds to bread mixes, muesli bars and energy balls. Sprinkle over cereal, yoghurt, salads, steamed veggies or hotpots.
