Bay Leaves
Dried bay leaves have a fragrant, slightly floral flavour and aroma. They can be added to soups, hotpots, vegetable dishes and sauces.
Bay leaves are a traditional ingredient in 'bouquet garni' bundles. Use whole in recipes and remove as serving.
To deter pantry and clothes moths,-place bay leaves in the corners of shelves.
