Cayenne Pepper
The pungent, spicy hot flavour of cayenne pepper is wonderful in vegetable, seafood and meat dishes.
Great for spice mixes, seasoned rubs, marinades and hot sauces.
Add some to curries, bean dishes, tempeh, slow cooked lamb, grilled prawns, soups and casseroles.
Sprinkle just a little over poached or scrambled eggs.
Or add some cayenne to tomato juice for a peppery drink.
