Mixed Spice
Mixed spice adds a warm, sweet aroma and flavour to recipes.
Include in pickles, chutney and curries.
Add rich spicy notes to baked goods, including puddings, fruit cakes, nut loaves, apple or pumpkin pies, sweet buns and muffins.
Delicious in stewed fruit compote, or mix a pinch of spice into cream cheese Or
hut butter for a tasty spread.
Mixed spice is also lovely in herbal tea blends and mulled wine.
