Ras El Hanout
Ras El Hanout is a rich and pungent spice blend that adds wonderful flavour to sweet or savoury recipes. In savoury dishes, this blend is irresistible as a spice rub or marinade for fish, tofu, vegetables or meat. Use it when barbequing or sprinkle over veggies before roasting. Dust grilled tomatoes or hot buttered corn with Ras El Hanout before serving for a taste sensation. A delicious ingredient to add to soups, tagines and hotpots. It goes wonderfully with dried fruits like apricots, dates, raisins or figs and nuts like pistachios, hazelnuts and almonds.
