Rosemary
Dried rosemary leaves have a pungent, herbaceous flavour and a clean, camphor aroma. Rosemary is often used in traditional Italian recipes and is a must in minestrone soup. It is also great in stuffing, marinades and sauces. Rosemary adds delicious, robust flavour to roast vegetables and meats, especially lamb, and is great in casseroles.
