Chinese Five Spice
This 5 spice blend has warm, sweet flavours and a rich aroma.
Sprinkle over veggies before roasting, use in marinades and rubs, or mix with flour, bread crumbs or ground nut meal as a coating for meat.
Add to soups, noodle and rice dishes, hotpots or stir fries.
Gently dry roast this spice mix with salt on a low heat for a tasty condiment.
Add to home baked muffins, cakes, biscuits or puddings, and especially fabulous with apple or ginger flavours.
