This is a versatile and conveniently pre-blended Gluten Free Plain Flour that can be used for baking, 'flouring meat or vegetables, sauces, batters and every day cooking needs.
Use whenever all-purpose, plain or gluten free flour is required.
Simply substitute equal amounts of this flour as the original recipe for plain wheat flour, or use as directed in gluten free recipes.
