Fine Ground Hazelnut Flour, made from local Canterbury Hazelnuts, is preservative free, non GMO and has no fillers. The hazelnuts are raw and still have their outer skin on when they are ground.
Hazelnut flour has a rich full flavour with a fresh nutty aroma and a light texture. It can be used in savoury and sweet dishes. It is scrumptious in baked or raw goodies, and can be used to replace flour in baking recipes.
We pack a wide range of natural food products in our packing room including nuts, seeds, spices and coconut products. While we do our best to avoid any kind of cross-contamination, this can sometimes occur.
