Organic White Sushi rice
This short grain rice has a 'sticky texture, and binds together well which makes it great for sushi, donburi bowls and rice balls. It is slightly sweet and chewy which makes it great in rice puddings too, such as mango sticky rice.
To cook: Rinse under running water then drain. Add 2 cups of water to every cup of rice. Bring to the boil in an uncovered pot. With the lid on reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes. If you are making sushi, season the rice with rice vinegar, sugar and salt and leave to cool.
