Tri-Colour Fusilli Pasta
Bring water to boiling point using ratio 1L of water per 100g pasta. Add salt.
After salt has dissolved & water is boiling again, pour pasta into the water & stir frequently. Cooking time approximately 11 minutes. Also great for pasta salad. Combine with your favourite finely cut fresh veggies like capsicum, green beans, mushrooms, purple onion & corn & dress with a light vinaigrette dressing. Or chargrilled Mediterranean veggies with feta, olives & prosciutto. Use these curly fusilli in a yummy pasta bake. Delicious with fresh herbs & mixed cheeses; roasted veggies & crushed tomatoes sprinkled with a seed gratin; or in a creamy mushroom sauce with flaked fish or left-over roast chicken. Add a little to Us soups & hotpots just before serving.
